MISHAWAKA — Susan Ullery is the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, which honors agents who have earned more than $3 million in commissions and completed seven years of service with the company.
Ullery has worked in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and has experience in home sales, relocation and new construction.

SOUTH BEND — Linda Mansfield has been appointed as director of the Memorial Sports Medicine Fellowship, which partners with the University of Notre Dame and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in training physicians to be experts in athlete care.
She was the first graduate of the fellowship program.
Mansfield is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, where she will continue to be a faculty member.
University Park Mall
MISHAWAKA — Ryan Ginty was recently hired by Simon Property Group as the new general manager of University Park Mall.
Ginty will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leasing, maintenance, business development, budgeting and monthly analysis and reporting. He’ll also maintain community, tenant and public relations.
Ginty has nearly five years of management experience with Simon Property Group, and most recently served as the general manager at Southern Hills Mall in Sioux City, Iowa.

ELKHART — Marietta Wilson-Stopper, Katie Kinder, Benjamin Robinson and Shellie Lefebvre have been named People Pleasers of the Year by Penguin Point Franchise Systems.
The award is given to one employee at each restaurant based on votes cast by staff. Votes are based on attitude, dependability, initiative, quality of work, cooperation and customer relation skills.
The award includes a cash bonus, a People Pleaser plaque and an honorary pin.
