Elkhart Brass

ELKHART — Elkhart Brass has announced the addition of Keith Watson to its domestic sales team.

As regional sales manager for the western territory, Watson will be responsible for enhancing relationships and building partnerships within the fire service industry by acting as an extension of Elkhart Brass’ distribution model and delivering direct customer support.

Watson joins the Elkhart Brass team with more than 25 years of experience in the fire service industry, including 12 years as a regional manager with Scott Safety, and 10 years with Northup-Grumman as a field engineer supporting military airborne LASER systems. Watson has also served in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer First Class.

Gibson

INDIANAPOLIS — The insurance company announces the following personnel additions in Indianapolis:

Ÿ Andrew Graman has joined Gibson as an assistant client manager in the Employee Benefits practice, where he will be responsible for providing service support to new and existing employee benefits clients. Prior to joining Gibson, Graman served as an intern at German American Insurance, Indiana Insurance (Liberty Mutual) and All Risks, Ltd., where he gained experience in Medicare compliance, catastrophic losses and analysis, workers’ compensation programs and analysis of behavioral styles.

Ÿ Ashley Matthews has joined Gibson as a part-time service specialist in Administration, where she will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to all departments for project facilitation, event coordination and general support.

Ÿ Nanette Mullaney has joined Gibson as a client specialist in the Employee Benefits practice, where she will be responsible for providing service support to new and existing employee benefits clients. Mullaney has previously served Gibson two different times. Mullaney has extensive client service experience in the employee benefits, retail and hospitality industries.

SOUTH BEND — Lorene Kreil has been promoted to full-time service specialist in administration for the South Bend office of Gibson. Kreil will be responsible for being the first point of office contact for clients and providing service to internal teams.

Keystone RV Company

GOSHEN — The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) honored Garett Carolus of Keystone RV Company with an association award at Committee Week 2013. Carolus received the National Education Service Award, which recognizes those who have been instrumental in the development of educational programs in the RV industry.

Carolus has served as a member of the RVIA Industry Education Committee and the Industry Education Technical Subcommittee, while also providing his expertise and insight over the years on several committees charged with developing RV service technician curriculum and textbooks.

Carolus has also volunteered as instructor for Consumer Relations, Propane, PDI and Preventative Maintenance Classes over the past five years at Trouble Shooter Clinics.

LoveWay Inc.

MIDDLEBURY — LoveWay Inc. has hired Molly Gangwer as volunteer coordinator at the therapeutic equestrian center. Gangwer will be working closely with current volunteer coordinator Aimee Miller while Miller focuses on office management and special event coordination.

Gangwer formerly worked at Bashor Children’s Home and Interra Credit Union. Gangwer started at LoveWay as a volunteer before accepting her current position.

Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.

ELKHART — Rick Nelson, CFSP, a funeral director with Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., has recently qualified for recertification of the designation of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner by the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice.

To initially receive this award, the practitioner must complete a 180-hour program of continuing education activities and events, as well as accumulate 20 hours per year to recertify.
