Cox has 10 years of experience at 1st Source and is a mortgage loan servicing officer.
GOSHEN — The following employees have been hired or recognized by DJ Construction.
Jon Brown has been hired as an associate estimator. Brown’s primary responsibilities include preparing bids, estimating job costs and writing proposals.
Matt Kauffman, project superintendent, was recognized for his ten years of service. Prior to his employment at DJ Construction, Kauffman tenured twelve years at Creative Construction, Inc.
Lon Roth was recognized for 10 years of service at DJ Construction. Serving as a project manager since 2011, Roth previously served as special projects superintendent, foreman and carpenter.
GOSHEN — Elaine Martin, financial advisor at Everence Financial, has earned the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®) professional designation from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.
Martin has been with Everence Financial since 2006.
SOUTH BEND — Jaimie Richmond has joined Gibson as an account manager, responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients.
Richmond will work to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies, make policy changes, issue certificates of insurance and perform other service needs as required.
Prior to joining Gibson, Richmond had an administrative role within a specialized construction company handling their insurance.

GOSHEN — Lippert Components Inc. has announced that Chuck Bell has been promoted to vice president of chassis operations.
After 17 years of leadership at LCI, Bell is responsible for managing 1,400 employees at LCI’s Indiana-based chassis facilities that produce more than 200,000 chassis annually.
Menno Travel/American Express Travel
GOSHEN — Dorothy Shirk has been named manager of Menno Travel/American Express.
Shirk has worked for Menno Travel since 1986, during which time she has directed the group department, worked with personnel and directed marketing.
As a long-time member of the management team and current manager of the vacation department, Shirk will now handle day-to-day supervision of office operations and personnel.
