Nathan Palmer signed to Denver Broncos' practice squad

    The signing to the practice squad comes one day after Palmer was cut from the regular season roster.

    After the announcement yesterday that Elkhart native Nathan Palmer was cut from the Denver Broncos’ regular season roster as a wide receiver, Palmer signed with the Broncos’ practice squad on Sunday, Aug. 31, The Denver Post reports

    Palmer also tweeted Sunday, confirming his new position with the practice team. 

    The season roster has 53 spots and the practice squad roster has a limit of 10 players — a National Football League rule, according to The Denver Post. 

    Nine other players were signed to the practice squad on Sunday, WPTZ reports
