Vehicle nearly submerged in flooded parking lot after heavy rains in Kosciusko County

The people inside the vehicle were able to get out on their own.

Warsaw police responded to a report of a vehicle that was nearly submerged in a flooded parking lot at 8:47 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, near the Warsaw License Branch, as reported by Stacey Page Online

The people in the vehicle were able to get out safely and on their own, according to Kosciusko County dispatchers. 

Heavy rains caused flooding throughout the area — some areas with reports of standing water that were a few feet deep, according to emergency dispatchers.
