High school graduations in full swing

The first groups of graduates from area schools such as Elkhart Central and Bethany Christian turned their tassels this past weekend. Commencements pick up again June 5, with Concord High School leading the next round of ceremonies.

Man arrested after shooting rifle into river near I-74 bridge

A Covington man was arrested by Indiana conservation officers after he was spotted shooting a rifle into the Wabash River from his boat. Officers recovered 105 empty rifle casings inside the boat.
