Readers react: Tilted Kilt closing, plans to replace it with new farm-to-table restaurant

Michiana restaurateur Kurt Janowsky announced that he will be turn the spot into a farm-to-table restaurant but readers discuss what that might mean for them.

Readers have mixed feelings about the closure of the Tilted Kilt.

Kurt Janowsky, who owns Cafe Navarre, The Exchange and Matterhorn and oversees the catering at Lerner Theater, announced that he will be turning the spot into a farm-to-table restaurant after the Tilted Kilt closes on May 31.

While some readers cheered the change, others were sad to see the restaurant closing.
