Boys and Girls Club in St. Joseph County receives $3 million endowment

Notre Dame alum and Sprint CEO Daniel Hess, as well as his wife Diane, made a $3 million gift to further partnership between Notre Dame and the Boys and Girls Club in St. Joseph County.

University of Notre Dame alum and Sprint CEO Daniel Hesse, as well as his wife Diane, have made a $3 million gift to the Boys and Girls Club in St. Joseph county, according to The Elkhart Truth's news partner WNDU.

The endowment will be used to further the partnership between Notre Dame and the Boys and Girls Club. The $3 million will help increase the number of children the organization will be able to assist by funding the hire of new interns and volunteers.
