Jolene Shrock remembers reaching across the aisle to hold her husband Darin's hand and thinking, "This is it." The Goshen couple was flying back from Ethiopia with their 5-year-old daughter, Claire, when the plane's oxygen masks dropped and a voice she described as panicked came over the plane's intercom system.
