Registration open for student math competition

The competition will take place at the Elkhart Public Library in March.

ELKHART — A math competition open to children in grades 1 through 12 will take place at the Elkhart Public Library this spring.

Math Kangaroo, a nonprofit organization, is hosting the competition at 4 p.m. March 20, 2014. Kids will take a multiple choice test that lasts 75 minutes.

All participants will receive a certificate, a gift and a T-shirt. Top scorers could win college grants or a free international summer camp trip.
