Indiana’s superintendent of public instruction to visit Elkhart

Two Concord students invited the Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction to visit their school next week.

ELKHART — A leader in public education will visit Elkhart next week, according to information from Concord High School.

Two Concord High School students, Alexa Ross and Sammy Oberholtzer, invited Glenda Ritz, Indiana’s superintendent of public instruction, to visit the school as part of a government class assignment to bring guest speakers to the school.

Ritz accepted, and she will be at Concord High School on Thursday, Oct. 3. Ritz will go on a tour of the school and answer questions from students and faculty.
