Members of three organizations involved in an all-you-can-eat fish fry scheduled for Aug. 3 at Concord High School promote the event at one of the Concord Township Fire Department’s stations. From left are Deana Hakes, a volunteer firefighter/EMT with the Concord department; Ali Burkley and Kelly Smith, senior cheerleaders at Concord High School; Bill Smith, new president of the Dunlap Lions Club, and Tim Pearson, Concord firefighter. The fire department and the Dunlap Lions have teamed to sponsor the fund-raising event for several years; in recent years, Concord cheerleaders have assisted in the dining room. Prices are $9.50 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. (Photo Supplied)
