A Tampa, Fla.-based business has purchased the building housing a Goshen dialysis center.

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT purchased the building where the Fresenius Medical Care Nephrology Partners Renal Care Center is located at 2257 Karisa Drive in Goshen for $4.64 million, according to a Carter Validus press release.

Fresenius still occupies the structure and neither the operation nor its patients will be impacted in any way, Fresenius spokesman Jon Stone said in an email last week. Fresenius, which has locations elsewhere in northern Indiana and the United States, has operated in Goshen since May 2010.

Three Dierdorff Square LLC previously owned the Karisa Drive building, according to Stone.
