Goshen $SUBT_ON$NPR correspondent to speak at commencement$SUBT_OFF$

Dan Charles of National Public Radio is scheduled to speak at Goshen College’s 115th commencement in April.

Charles is a food and agriculture correspondent for NPR. He will deliver a speech titled, “Searching for what’s real in a digital world.”

Before working at NPR, Charles contributed articles to “National Geographic,” “New Scientist” and “Scientist” magazines. He taught journalism in Ukraine for a year and has written two books.

This year’s commencement ceremony at Goshen College is at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28, in the Roman Gingerich Recreation-Fitness Center. Tickets are not needed for the ceremony.
