Winter weather advisory for until 2 p.m.

ELKHART COUNTY - The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a winter weather advisory for the area until 2 p.m. Monday, March 18.

The weather service said to expect light snow and freezing rain while the advisory is in effect. They warn that untreated roads and sidewalks may be slick and hazardous through the early afternoon.

The advisory also means the conditions will cause travel difficulties, including limited visibility as well as slick roads.
