Chance of precipitation Thursday night and Friday

Freezing rain could make driving tricky.

ELKHART — A chance of snow and freezing drizzle is possible in Elkhart late Thursday night and early Friday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Flurries are expected to dissipate Wednesday, Feb. 20. Lows Wednesday night will be near 10.

Thursday will see partly sunny skies and a high of 24 before clouds, precipitation and gusty winds arrive at night.

Rain or freezing drizzle expected to begin overnight could continue until about 1 p.m. Friday. Highs Friday will be near 37.

Total accumulation is expected to be around one inch, the weather service said.
