GOSHEN — The Goshen Community Chorale and the Maple City Chamber Orchestra will be performing “A German Requiem” written by Johannes Brahms as part of the chorale’s 30th anniversary.

The chorale needs volunteers with singing experience to join in the concert. Interested parties should contact the director, Lee Dengler, at 534-7552 to schedule an audition. Those who have sung as part of the chorale in the past will not need to audition. The concert will be performed in English.

Rehearsals for the concert will be from 7 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday beginning Feb. 12, at College Mennonite Church, 1900 S. Main St., Goshen.

Chorale founder, Professor Doyle Preheim, will return to sing alongside Amy Coffield Williamson. Also performing will be former directors, Scott Williamson and Jeshua Franklin.

The concert will be performed Saturday, May 11, in Sauder Concert Hall at Goshen College, 1700 S. Main St.
