Application forms to receive gifts for children are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at their location, 216 North Second St.

All applicants will be screened with other area programs to ensure no duplication of services is provided to the applicants.

To apply, parents need to bring picture IDs for the adults in the household, proof of Elkhart County residency, proof of income, social security cards for all family members and birth certificates for all children.

From 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, families may also receive a food box and visit the clothing room for winter clothing.

Pastoral counseling and prayer is also offered during that time.

Anyone interested in donating gifts for children is welcome to drop off gifts at Guidance Ministries. The organization especially needs gifts for children ages 10 through 17.
