Fair sees increase in attendance

Final numbers were 244,883 fans for 2012 run.

GOSHEN — The Elkhart County 4-H Fair released final attendance numbers Monday, showing an increase in attendance from the previous year.

A total of 244,883 people came to the Elkhart County fairgrounds for the nine-day even compared to 235,495 in 2011. The numbers equate to a four percent increase.
