S.R. 19 at Thompson Avenue, Elkhart, Chad R. Kilgren, 29, of 26141 Bell Ave., was arrested at 12:02 a.m. March 19 on a preliminary charge of DUI. According to an Elkhart County police report, Kilgren's blood-alcohol level was 0.15 percent. S.R. 19 at Thompson Avenue, Elkhart, Chad R. Kilgren, 29, of 26141 Bell Ave., was arrested at 12:02 a.m. March 19 on a preliminary charge of DUI. According to an Elkhart County police report, Kilgren's blood-alcohol level was 0.15 percent.

S.R. 19 at C.R. 6, Elkhart, Emilio Ordomgz, 18, of 3455 Bay Point Drive, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Saturday on preliminary charges of DUI, underage drinking and driving without a license, according to an Elkhart County police report. Ordomgz's blood-alcohol level was 0.17 percent.

Old 20 E. at C.R. 13, Elkhart, Robert T. Horein, 24, of 56848 Pinecrest Drive, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. Saturday on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI after he failed a drug recognition evaluation, according to an Elkhart County police report.

700 block of W. Lusher Ave., Elkhart, Clemente Solano, 35, of Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI March 20. He refused blood-alcohol testing.

900 block of E. Mishawaka Road, Elkhart, Gilbert Catano Jr., 24, of 37 Brookside Manor, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI Saturday.

100 block of Waterfall Drive, Elkhart, Kim Andrews, 52, of 1646 W. Lexington Ave., Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of DUI Saturday. Her blood-alcohol level was 0.11 percent.

200 block of E. Lusher Ave., Elkhart, Margarito Albino, 45, of 215 E. Lusher Ave., Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of DUI Saturday.

300 block of Middlebury St., Elkhart, Matthew Silk, 28, of 321 Division St., Elkhart, was arrested on preliminary misdemeanor charges of DUI, possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of an accident Sunday. His blood-alcohol level was 0.17 percent.

1300 block of Delaware St., Elkhart, Willie Westmoreland, 35, of 722 W. Wolf Ave., Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI Sunday. His blood-alcohol level was 0.13 percent.

900 block of N. Main St., Elkhart, Nathan Townsend, 18, of 17489 Kirkland Drive, Bristol, was arrested on preliminary charges of DUI and underage drinking Sunday. His blood-alcohol level was 0.16 percent.

Monroe at Blackport, Goshen, Mark A. Diaz, 34, of 12248 C.R. 24, Middlebury, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. March 20 on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI. According to an Elkhart County police report, Diaz's blood-alcohol level was 0.08 percent.

Main Street at Kenwood Place, Goshen, Erin D. Smoker, 27, of 2108 Weaver Lane, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Sunday on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI. According to a Goshen police report, Smoker's blood-alcohol level was 0.15 percent.

54600 block of C.R. 17, Goshen, Jaime R. Salazar, 44, of 546 S. Arbutus, Bristol, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. Saturday on a preliminary felony charge of DUI. According to a police report, Salazar's blood-alcohol level was 0.16 percent.

Regent Street at Leane Drive, Goshen, Eduardo Rodriguez, 24, of 603 Bayberry Drive, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. Saturday on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of DUI. Rodriguez's blood-alcohol level was 0.13 percent, according to an Elkhart County police report.

S.R. 13 at C.R. 16, Middlebury, Lamar Miller, 31, of 105 W. Spring St., was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Monday on a preliminary charge of DUI, according to an Elkhart County police report. Miller's blood-alcohol level was 0.08 percent.

C.R. 16 at C.R. 116, Middlebury, Donald R. Peterson, 31, of 1100 Country Lane, Shipshewana, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. March 19 on a preliminary felony charge of DUI after he was involved in an accident, according to an Elkhart County police report.
