ORCHARD LAKE, Mich. — Lauren Elizabeth Hosner and Ryan M. Brady were married June 2, 2012, at the Shrine Chapel of Our Lady of Orchard Lake by Father Jack Wall.
The bride’s parents are Carol and Lisa Hosner of Clarkston. The groom’s parents are Brian and Jeannelle Brady of Elkhart, Ind.
Taylor Hosner, sister of the bride of Augusta, Ga., was maid of honor. Patty Brady, sister-in-law of Granger, Ind., Jessica Brady, sister-in-law of Chicago, Lauren Kirsch of San Francisco and Stephanie Metzner of Toledo, Ohio, were bridesmaids. Elly Brady, niece of the groom of Granger, was flower girl.
Coley Brady, brother of the groom of Granger and Terry Brady, brother of the groom of Chicago, were best men.
Andrew Sfreddo of Chicago, David George of San Francisco and Jake Roffman of Miami were groomsmen. Ben Brady, the groom’s nephew of Granger, was ring bearer.
Nik Naquin, cousin of the groom of Elkhart, Patrick Schweihs, cousin of the groom of Chicago and Matthew Doyle, cousin of the bride of Bloomfield, were ushers.
The cake topper was made by the groom’s great-grandmother and used on his parents’ wedding cake. To acknowledge the Notre Dame v. Michigan rivalry, a groom’s cake was made with a bridge attaching the two teams. The bride graduated from University of Michigan and the groom graduated from University of Notre Dame.
The reception was at Pine Lake Country Club in Bloomfield following the wedding. They honeymooned in Costa Rica and have a new home together in Niles.
The couple met in Las Vegas at a bachelor and bachelorette party of mutual friends.
