Greg Boyd to present at AMBS

Greg Boyd will give a lecture entitled, "Keeping God’s Kingdom ‘Holy’: Resisting the Temptation to be Practical" on April 24.

ELKHART – Greg Boyd, a best-selling author, pastor and theologian, will present a lecture, “Keeping God’s Kingdom ‘Holy’: Resisting the Temptation to be Practical,” at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24 at Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary.

The lecture is free and open to the public, but admission is by ticket only. To request a ticket, call AMBS at 295-3726 ext. 0 or email reception@ambs.edu by April 17.

Boyd is author of several books, including “The Myth of a Christian Nation: How the Quest for Political Power Is Destroying the Church” (Zondervan 2007). He is the founder and senior pastor of Woodland Hills Church in St. Paul, Minn., a former professor of theology at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minn., and earned is PhD from Princeton Theological Seminary.
