GOSHEN — Seed to Feed is inviting representatives from area churches to a cookout to find out more information about how they can help keep food pantries stocked with fresh, healthy food.

The cookout is at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, at River Oaks Community Church.

River Oaks members will discuss the church’s garden, which was planted for Seed to Feed this year and raised more than 10,000 pounds of produce, according to a press release from Seed to Feed. Church members will talk about the positive impact of the garden on the church and its members.

Those attending the event may RSVP to Katie Jantzen at 295-3673 ext. 122 or katiejantzen@gmail.com by Wednesday, Sept. 25.
