O negative blood shortage at South Bend Medical Foundation

The South Bend Medical Foundation has less than one day’s supply of O negative blood and needs donations. They’ll give you $10 if you donate.

If you have O negative blood, the South Bend Medical Foundation needs you to donate.

The foundation has less than one day’s supply of O negative blood, according to a report from WNDU. They’re offering a $10 gift card to donors .

O blood is the most common blood type and can be used to give blood to any patient, regardless of blood type, according to the American Red Cross. However, patients with O blood may only receive O blood.

South Bend Blood Donor Center

530 N. Lafayette Blvd., South Bend
