Two-part dementia series set for June

“When the Diagnosis is Alzheimer’s Disease or a Related Dementia” is set for 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 4 and 11 at Greencroft Community Center, 1820 Greencroft Blvd.

GOSHEN – The two-part dementia education series “When the Diagnosis is Alzheimer’s Disease or a Related Dementia” will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 4 and 11 at Greencroft Community Center, 1820 Greencroft Blvd.

The theme for the June 4 session will be “Understanding the Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia,” featuring
 presenter Sue Plank, M.S.W., of IU Health Goshen Hospital. The theme for the June 11 session will be “Handling Difficult Transitions,” 
featuring presenter Barbara Dzikowski, M.S., program director at Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana.
