Allied Physicians of Michiana to present Women's Health Day

In conjunction with National Women’s Health Week, Allied Physicians of Michiana's Women's Health Day will provide screenings for diabetes, high cholesterol, carotid artery disease and hypertension.

SOUTH BEND – Allied Physicians of Michiana will host Women’s Health Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17 at Allied Physicians of Michiana, 6301 University Commons Medical Plaza.

In conjunction with National Women’s Health Week, Allied Physician’s Health Day will provide screenings for diabetes, high cholesterol, carotid artery disease and hypertension. Experts will be available to check visitors’ body mass index, hearing, balance and more. Physicians and physical therapists from Allied Physicians of Michiana will present information and answer questions on topics including sleep issues, incontinence, osteoporosis, carpal tunnel disease, breast cancer surgery, pelvic floor rehab and venous disease.
