It seems like almost everyone on the Internet is doing an #IceBucketChallenge to raise awareness and money for ALS research — and so are a few of our staff members.

For those of you who haven’t seen the viral donation campaign yet, people are challenged to have buckets of ice and water dumped on their heads in an effort to raise money and awareness for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. The person who does the challenge then nominates two people to take on the challenge and make a donation.

While some have criticized the challenge, donations to the ALS Association have skyrocketed.

The Elkhart Truth’s Managing Editor Marshall King recently took the challenge and called out Publisher Brandon Erlacher and Digital Content Director Ryan Martin to do the same. Check out the videos below and feel free to share a video of your #ALSicebucketchallenge in the comments.
