Mythbusters Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage have blown up a cement truck and strapped rockets to a car for science, and they will be bringing their experiments to South Bend later this year.

Mythbusters: Behind the Myths is coming to Morris Performing Arts Center on Dec. 7. The show is a live stage adaptation of the Emmy-nominated Discovery series Mythbusters, which debunks urban legends by conducting a variety of experiments.

Audience members can participate in science experiments, watch videos and listen to behind-the-scenes stories during the stage show.

The duo previously performed a 28-city national tour in late 2013 with sold-out shows all over the country.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May 16. For more information visit Morris Performing Arts Center’s website.
