Austin’s Band of Heathens making Ignition debut

GOSHEN — The Band of Heathens is playing Ignition Music Garage for the first time next week.

Who is The Band of Heathens?

The four-piece rock ‘n’ roll band is from Austin, Texas. The group’s fourth studio album, “Sunday Morning Record,” features infectious music and powerful songwriting from founding members Ed Jurdi and Gordy Quist. Notable tracks on the album include “Shotgun,” “Caroline Williams, “Miss my Life,” “Girl with Indigo Eyes” and “Records in Bed.” “Sunday Morning Record” was released in 2013 on the band’s own label, BOH Records.
