Dann Piatt works at the organ keyboard as co-worker Karen Freudigman works in the solo chamber to fine tune some of the over 1,000 pipes in the Lerner Theatre pipe organ Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012. A crew of nearly 20 workers spent three weeks installing the organ that was original to the theatre and built in 1924. Piatt played certain keys on the organ on stage as Freudigman worked in the chamber with the pipes to make the tonal adjustments. (Jennifer Shephard/The Elkhart Truth)
