DAYTON, Ohio — Adam Remaly retired as a colonel in the U.S. Air Force after serving his country for 24 years. Remaly graduated from Jimtown High School in Elkhart, Ind., in 1985, then graduated from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering. He served in a variety of acquisition assignments, including an overseas tour to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Remaly is married to the former Stacie Bender, a 1981 graduate of Jimtown High School. They have two sons, Alec and Ryan.
