Elkhart $SUBT_ON$Flu vaccine clinic for children Sept. 30$SUBT_OFF$

ELKHART — The Elkhart County Health Department has scheduled a flu vaccine clinic for children ages 6 months through 18 years, set for 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at Lincoln Center, 608 Oakland Ave.

A limited number of doses of vaccine are available. Vaccines cost $25 for children older than 3 and $29 for children 6 months to 35 months. State-funded vaccines for children who are eligible will cost an $8 administration fee.

A parent, guardian or a person with written permission from the parent must accompany all children. Parents or guardians should bring the child’s immunization record and insurance card (including Medicaid) to the clinic.
