Take a bike tour of the Quilt Gardens for charity at Bloom and Zoom Saturday

ELKHART — Bicyclists will have the opportunity to take a bike tour of the Elkhart County Quilt Gardens to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County and Bike Elkhart during Bloom and Zoom on Saturday, Aug. 17.

The ride features 10, 20, 40, 62 and 100-mile route options that take riders along scenic views that include the Quilt Gardens throughout the county, according to a press release from Habitat for Humanity.

Riders can register at 7 a.m. at City Center Plaza in downtown Elkhart for $30 per person or $60 per family. Bicyclists can begin their route anytime from 7 to 10 a.m. Each route includes at least one catered SAG stop with food provided by local restaurants.
