March of Dimes grant to Maple City Health
GOSHEN — The March of Dimes Indiana Chapter has awarded a $5,882 grant to Maple City Health Care Center to increase the rate of timely prenatal care.
The grant is one of many awarded to prevent birth defects and infant mortality. “We will use the March of Dimes grant to help provide a wide variety of integrated services and to increase the affordability of these services,” said James Nelson Gingerich, a physician at Maple City Health Care Center and the center’s Guardian of Vision. “We are grateful to all of the volunteers and donors who support the March of Dimes.”
The center’s mission is to foster healthy community by providing and promoting affordable, accessible and integrated quality care.
