Local health care facility receives award
The award is based on customer satisfaction scores in staff attitude, quality of nursing care, food quality, activity programming and appearance and cleanlieness.

GOSHEN The Maples at Waterford Crossing received the Platinum Award for excellence at The Trilogy Health Services 2013 Spring Meeting, recognizing customer satisfaction scores in Staff Attitude, Quality of Nursing Care, Food Quality, Activity Programming and Appearance/Cleanliness. The award was based on customer satisfaction results from a semi-annual survey sent to residents’ family members.
“We are excited and pleased to receive such great recognition,” said Vickie Bortner, executive director. “Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families every day by delivering the best care possible.”
