Spring Into Art will be celebrated in Nappanee this weekend

Fine art, hands-on workshops, demonstrations and more will be featured.

NAPPANEE — Fine art, hands-on workshops, artistic demonstrations and more will all be at Spring Into Art in Nappanee this weekend.

Spring Into Art will be open from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 26, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 27, all at the Coppes Commons shopping complex, 401 E. Market St.

More than 40 artists will have works featured from every medium, including paintings, sculpture, photography and jewelry. The recently retouched quilt murals from along the Heritage Trail will also be on display.

The event is free. A minimum pledge of $25 to either purchase artwork during the show or to give as a gift in support of the program will allow guests to attend the Purchase Award Sponsor Preview Reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 26.
