Last IU School of Medicine Mini Medical School lecture to focus on childhood obesity

SOUTH BEND — The lecture “Childhood Obesity: A Critical Challenge to Child Wellness” is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Indiana University School of Medicine-South Bend Raclin-Carmichael Hall Auditorium, 1234 Notre Dame Ave. Featured speaker will be Pediatrician Sandra Morgan of Bristol Street Pediatric Associates. Dr. Morgan will cover the epidemic-level growth of childhood obesity and steps parents and caretakers can take to address it. The free lecture is the last in the IUSM-SB’s annual Mini Medical School Lecture Series.
