ELKHART — Elkhart General Hospital, a Beacon Health System partner, recently introduced CarePayment to patients regardless of insurance coverage, credit history or employment.

“What we’re attempting to do for the average person who ends up in the hospital and incurs that unexpected bill is to allow an extended period of time to meet the financial obligation,” said Jeff Costello, CFO of Beacon Health System. “We think it’s a great solution for the public, and it also meets the needs of the hospital as it continues to provide high quality care.”

Patients who are current on their payments can add future medical expenses to their account. For more information on the service call 800-316-4350 or visit or
