Register now for Crop for a Cure in South Bend

SOUTH BEND — The annual Crop For A Cure scrapbooking event is set for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb 22 through Feb. 24, with extra time set for 4 to 9 p.m. Feb. 21, at Waterford Estates Lodge, 52890 S.R. 933 North. The event benefits the American Cancer Society Coaches vs. Cancer program at the University of the Notre Dame. A $125 donation includes cropping space, lunch, snacks, dinner, goodie bag and more. Hotel room rates are $59 for up to four people. Limited space is available. To register call the American Cancer Society at 257-9789, option 3. Payment must be received prior to the event. Crop For a Cure is one of several local Coaches vs. Cancer activities throughout the year to raise funds as part of Notre Dame Coach Mike Brey and his wife Tish’s efforts to support the American Cancer Society.
