GOSHEN IU Health Goshen offering Fit Together program

Indiana University Health Goshen will offer the program “Fit Together” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. every other Monday starting Jan. 14 and ending March 25. “Fit Together” is designed for families with children ages 7-11 who may be at risk for Type 2 diabetes, including those who are overweight or have a family history of diabetes. Sessions will introduce fun, physical activities and nutrition lessons to help guide families toward healthy lifestyle changes. It is free and open to the public; space is limited. “Fit Together” summer session will begin June 13. To register call 364-2746 or visit
