    ELKHART — The Lerner Theatre’s 1924 Kimball organ went through three weeks of upgrades in August, and on Friday, the organ will be unveiled to the public in a concert.

    Bob Ralston, who was on “The Lawrence Welk Show,” will present “The Music, the Magic and the Memories” at 7 p.m. Friday. Tickets for the show are $17.50 each. Proceeds will go to Ribbon of Hope Cancer Ministry, which helps cancer patients and their family members and caregivers.
