Andrew Manthey holds up a flag commemorating his late grandfather Robert F. Manthey, who fought in WWII, as his father Rob Manthey of Elkhart watches on Saturday, May 29, at Central Park. Manthey served in the Army Air Corps in Africa, Italy and England and was part of a B17 Bomber Group.
