NAPPANEE — The city of Nappanee has rescinded its freeze warning.

With the onset of warmer outdoor temperatures, officials said water customers who had taken precautions to prevent water pipes from freezing can cease those efforts immediately.

The freeze warning began Feb. 10. Other towns, including Elkhart, Goshen, Middlebury and Millersburg, have also lifted the warning.

Anyone with questions should call the city utility office at 574-773-4623.
