GOSHEN — The Indiana Department of transportation is planning on doing some road repairs in Goshen, starting as early as Tuesday, July 1.
Three projects from INDOT will cover repaving for S.R. 15 on both the north and south sides of Goshen, and U.S. 33 on the northwest side, according to an email from Goshen Mayor Allan Kauffman.
The following roads will be under repair in the coming months:
• S.R. 15 South, between Madison Street and Carter Road. INDOT will be working on making 4 feet-wide patches along the tire-wear ruts starting July 1. They will be repaving that section of S.R. 15 in the late spring, 2015.
• S.R. 15, between the north side of main street overpass and the north city limits. INDOT will patch the section in the fall of 2014 and repave in late spring of 2015.
• U.S. 33, between the Goshen Post Office and the city limits on the northwest side. INDOT will do patching in the fall of 2014 and repave in late spring of 2015.
