Goshen College alumni to share tales of 10,000-mile bicycle journey

GOSHEN — A group of Goshen College alumni who recently returned from an 11-month, 10,000-mile journey from Paraguay to Goshen will share their adventures in a presentation next week.

Michael Miller, Levi Smucker and Abe Stucky, all 2013 Goshen College graduates, will share their stories at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, in the Goshen College Church-Chapel, according to a Goshen College news release.

A fourth Goshen College grad, Matthew Helmuth, joined the trio for the first three months of their trip.

The group biked through Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico and the United States and documented the experience on their blog, panamericacycle.wordpress.com.
