Goshen Plan Commission hears rezoning, plat approval requests

GOSHEN — The Goshen Plan Commission voted on the following actions at a meeting Tuesday, March 18:

  • Recommended approval of a rezoning for three parcels at 804 and 815 Steury Ave. from Industrial M-1 to Residential R-2.
  • Approved an identification sign on private property at the southeast corner of College Avenue and 15th Street for the Greencroft Goshen campus at 1200 College Ave.
  • Accepted a secondary plat approval for the first, second and third additions of West Goshen Cemetery.
  • Granted primary approval to a 30-lot major industrial subdivision called Waterford Commons Business Park for developer Hoogenboom-Nofziger. The business park is at the northwest corner of Waterford Mills Parkway and Dierdorff Road.
