Meeting: Bristol Town Council Work Session

Actions: Reviewed the proposed street projects for this year with Ken Jones from Jones Petrie and Rafinski. The sum of the six proposed street projects is estimated at $234,014. The council will vote on the projects at the meeting at the town hall at 7 p.m. July 17.

The council heard water and sewer lines have been installed in the new part of the Bristol Park for Industry. The Bristol Redevelopment Commission has made a declaratory resolution to create a tax increment finance district for the new section, which would be called the Bristol North East TIF district. Funds from that TIF district would be used to reimburse Wagner Land Development for putting in the water and sewer lines.

They also went over departmental budgets for 2015.
