A Goshen urgent health care clinic recently received a United Way grant of $25,000.
The Center for Healing and Hope in Goshen provides urgent medical care for uninsured and underinsured patients.
The Center for Healing and Hope has seven sessions per week at its three locations
- Belmont Mennonite Church, 925 Oxford St., Elkhart
- Grace Center, 831 W. Marion St., Elkhart
- Goshen Center, 902 S. Main St., Goshen
The United Way grant will help the center fund a staff nurse practitioner to work in its three clinics in Goshen and Elkhart.
CCH also recently received a $10,000 grant from the Goshen Hospital and Health Care Foundation and a $5,000 grant approved by the Goshen Board of Works.
Both of those grants will go toward funding a nurse practitioner as well.
