A Goshen man currently serving time in Indiana State Prison in Michigan City for cocaine and burglary convictions is wanted for murder in Arkansas.

The Blytheville (Ark.) Courier News reports that Tevarius Tevon Green, 24, is wanted for his part in the murder of 26-year-old Daniel Goodwin. Goodwin was found dead in the bedroom of a friend's home in Blytheville, Ark., on July 7, 2013.

Green was arrested in August 2013 after U.S. Marshals found him in the closet of a home in Nappanee with weapons nearby. The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department Web site listed his hometown as Goshen at the time of the arrest.

The Blytheville Police have a capital murder warrant for Green, the Courier News reports, and officials have been waiting since August to extradite him to Mississippi County, Ark.

The Indiana Department of Correction Web site lists that the earliest Green could be released from prison is July 25, 2015.
