House Joint Resolution 6 says we should let the people decide if gay marriage is morally right or not. When we allow unmarried couples living together and gay couples to be equal with God-ordained heterosexual married couples, we will cease to be a moral society. If gays get equal rights, they will not stop until they dominate the moral thinking of our society. Presently, the pro-gay movement has so manipulated and influenced liberal media, movies and magazines that our vulnerable teens and college students are being manipulated to think that they have to experiment with homosexuality to see if they are gay. Morality and immorality must be clearly defined in every culture and letting the honorable people of Indiana vote on HJR 6 will do that.
First the elimination of Christmas, now what? Do we redefine the morality of lying, stealing and even murder? For a moral society to live in peace, decency must be biblically defined, modeled, taught and enforced. That means that immorality must not be given equal rights or tolerated, only disgraced! Thus, my prayer is that this indecent influence on our youth be eliminated!
God loves the people who have made this unnatural choice, but equally, he abhors their sin! Jesus only wants them to humbly repent and claim his victory over this sinful lifestyle. In Christ’s forgiveness and restoration power, this righteous life change can be gloriously accomplished when one earnestly seeks for it from the biblical Christ in I Corinthians 6:9-11 and 19-20!
